Airheads HVAC is hiring a full-time HVAC Installation Team Leader in Copperas Cove, Texas! We're looking for a skilled and motivated leader to oversee HVAC installations, manage apprentices, and ensure top-quality work. This is your opportunity to step into a leadership role with a company that values hard work and dedication.

We are proud to offer pay of $33-$38 per hour plus bonuses, along with an incremental sign-on bonus of up to $5,000. This bonus will be paid out over the next year at 90 days, 180 days, and last of all 365 days.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN HVAC INSTALLATION TEAM LEADER

  • EPA 608 certification
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred qualifications:

  • Has the majority of tools needed for HVAC installation
  • NATE certified
  • Experience with communication equipment
  • An understanding of Airflow
