What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Full Time Hunting Guide, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Full Time Hunting Guide, you need in-depth knowledge of local wildlife, tracking, navigation, firearm safety, and often require relevant licenses or certifications. Familiarity with GPS devices, mapping software, hunting equipment, and first-aid systems is typically necessary. Exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills help guides ensure client satisfaction and safety in the field. These abilities are crucial for providing a safe, educational, and enjoyable experience while maintaining legal and ethical hunting practices.

What are Full Time Hunting Guides?

Full Time Hunting Guides are professionals who lead hunting trips and expeditions for clients, often working on a seasonal or year-round basis. They have extensive knowledge of wildlife, hunting regulations, safety procedures, and local terrain. Their responsibilities include planning hunts, tracking game, ensuring client safety, and sometimes providing equipment or lodging. Many full-time guides work for hunting lodges, outfitters, or as independent contractors. The job requires strong outdoor skills, customer service abilities, and a passion for wildlife and conservation.

What are some of the biggest challenges full-time hunting guides face during the peak season, and how can they prepare for them?

Full-time hunting guides often encounter challenges such as unpredictable weather, variable animal movement, and ensuring client safety and satisfaction under physically demanding conditions. During peak season, guides must be adaptable, maintain detailed knowledge of the terrain, and effectively manage group dynamics. Preparation involves scouting areas extensively, keeping up with local wildlife regulations, and honing communication skills to provide memorable, safe experiences for clients. Building strong relationships with landowners and continuously updating safety protocols are also crucial for success.

Job description

Enrollment Specialist

Financial Education Sales

Compensation: $90,000–$120,000+ annually (guarantee + uncapped commission)

Job Type: Full-time | Benefits Included

Location: (Onsite) Atlanta - Trading Academy

The Opportunity

You're a proven closer. You don't need leads — but you'd rather have them qualified and walking in the door. At Trading Academy, they are.

We're hiring an Enrollment Specialist to work exclusively with warm, event-generated prospects who've already raised their hand. Your job is to guide serious adults through an informed enrollment decision — no cold calls, no hunting, no chasing.

If you've spent years converting high-intent buyers in financial services, education, real estate, or premium B2C — and you're looking for a role where a strong process produces strong results — this role was built for you.

What You'll Do

  • Run structured, consultative enrollment conversations with prospects who attend live Trading Academy events

  • Identify individual goals and recommend the right education pathway

  • Close enrolled students with integrity — this is a relationship, not a transaction.

  • Manage pipeline and follow-up activity in Salesforce CRM

  • Partner with instructors and operations to deliver a seamless student experience

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years B2C sales experience — high-ticket, intangible, or consultative sales strongly preferred

  • Proven track record closing warm, inbound, or event-generated leads

  • Strong listening skills and the ability to build trust quickly in a single conversation

  • Coachable — you take feedback, run the process, and refine your approach

  • CRM proficiency

Compensation & Benefits

  • $90,000–$150,000+ earning potential — guarantee plus uncapped commission

  • All leads provided — warm prospects from live and virtual events

  • Full Benefits; Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Ongoing sales training and professional development

Schedule

Full-time, onsite. Three weekends per month required — this is event-driven work, and that's where the pipeline is built.
