About Our Family

We are a warm, close-knit family that values quality time and connection. We strive to maintain a harmonious household where everyone feels supported and valued, and we believe in creating an environment that fosters both structure and flexibility. As a family, we love to sit down for meals together and prioritize making the most of our time with one another, despite our busy lives.

Our home operates on routines that help us balance our professional and personal lives. However, managing the logistics of our day-to-day can be overwhelming at times, which is why we are looking for a dedicated family assistant to help with household operations. You will play a key role in keeping the family organized and on track, enabling us to focus on enjoying our time together while ensuring that all household tasks run smoothly.

While we maintain high standards for the home and family life, we are also deeply committed to kindness, respect, and patience. We value open communication and expect the same from the person we bring into our home, someone who can blend seamlessly into our family dynamic and who takes pride in the behind-the-scenes work that ensures our family thrives.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are an organized, self-directed individual who thrives on structure and managing complex responsibilities. You naturally take on the role of "CEO of the home," managing all household operations and staff with an eye for detail and a proactive approach. You excel at thinking ahead, anticipating the needs of the family, and keeping everything running smoothly without being asked. With a strong project management mentality, you are able to juggle multiple responsibilities, keeping everyone and everything on track. Your high level of accountability ensures that nothing slips through the cracks, and you are always looking for ways to improve systems and create efficiencies.

You bring a warm, positive and open energy to the household. You are hands-on in helping with the children's academic needs, offering support and guidance with homework while holding them accountable. Your ability to engage with children in a thoughtful and calm manner, without doing the work for them, sets you apart. Your experience in overseeing the day-to-day management of both family logistics and household operations means you're adept at keeping everything running smoothly.

In addition to being a strong organizer, you are grounded, resilient, and adaptable. You take initiative and handle challenges with flexibility, ensuring the family's needs are met while maintaining a balanced, calm atmosphere. You are also a clear communicator, preferring group text for staying connected, and you value consistency and follow-through. You are someone who can be counted on to lead the household with integrity, grace, and a focus on creating a harmonious home life.
