About Our Family

We are a busy, warm, and active family in Tiburon, adjusting to life with three little ones at home. Our two older children (3.5 and 5 years old) are in school or camp during the day, while our youngest (7 months old) is home full-time and at the center of daily life. With one parent running their business from home and being deeply hands-on with the kids, while the other parent leaves early and returns in the evening, household duties are getting left behind. We value order, proactivity, and a calm, organized home, so we are looking for someone who can step in seamlessly, contribute to a well-run home, and bring genuine warmth and energy to the baby's day.

We're seeking someone who can become an integral part of our family by managing day-to-day household operations and creating systems that bring structure and support. We have a cleaner who comes every two weeks and a landscaper already in place, so we are looking to complete our support team with this role. As this is a hybrid role of 50% Nanny, 50% Household Manager, a primary goal of this position is to protect working hours for the parent at home while knowing the baby is in loving, capable hands. We'd also like to bring more consistency to meal planning, laundry, errands, home organization, and other tasks that often slip through the cracks when life gets overwhelming.

Despite our busy lives, we are committed to making more quality time for family moments, whether that's supporting the kids in their activities or simply enjoying time together at home. We're looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate into our home, help us maintain a calm, organized environment, and allow us to fully relax during our downtime.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is not only warm and connected but also lights up around babies and young children. You are self-directed, proactive, calm, and highly organized, able to not only bring real energy to caregiving but also oversee day-to-day household tasks independently and create order behind the scenes.

You manage up with ease and keep things running without pulling the parent at home out of their workflow. You have strong professional boundaries and understand the balance between being a trusted household partner and respecting the family's space and time. You're tech-fluent and comfortable with calendaring tools and digital systems, and you're excited to build household routines that actually stick.

You're detail-oriented and anticipate needs without being told, while keeping each family member's needs in mind. You read the room, communicate proactively, and aren't afraid to speak up if you notice something that could make life easierbringing a steady, grounded presence (and a great sense of humor!). You're not afraid of hands-on work and are happy to pitch in with tidying and light cleaning as part of keeping the home running smoothly. Whether your background is in household management, personal assisting, nannying, or raising your own family, what matters most is that you show up with heart, initiative, and professionalism every day.
