Employee Testimonial

"I think that the culture here does a very good job of being driven towards customer satisfaction. I think the fact that the culture inculcates a desire in all of the lead carpenters to not only do the best that they can as efficiently as possible, but most importantly that the customers are deeply satisfied with not just the end result but the process to get to the end result. That has not been my experience at many other places to the extent that it is here. That's really important to me especially because my favorite part of finishing a job is getting to see a customer's satisfaction. When that is so much of a focus of the business, it fits right in with my favorite part of the job." ~Mike P- Lead Carpenter
