Helpful Hands Behavioral Health Services is on the lookout for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote clinical team.   • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health challenges and develop targeted treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Provide therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based therapeutic techniques that foster personal and relational growth.
  • Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients to ensure that progress is monitored effectively and that treatment remains aligned with clients' evolving needs.
  • Utilize digital platforms to deliver teletherapy services, ensuring that clients with mobility or transportation challenges receive the care they need.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, offering insights and feedback that contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in clinical practices.
  • Document sessions and client progress following best practices in record-keeping and confidentiality standards.
  • Be available for occasional weekend sessions as needed to accommodate client schedules.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT with Helpful Hands, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. Your work will encompass individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy, allowing you to address a wide range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and behavioral concerns. We are dedicated to serving the Hialeah community and are committed to understanding the unique cultural and socio-economic factors that influence our clients' mental health.

Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant mental health field is required; advanced degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy or Counseling are preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with adult and child/adolescent populations is essential.
  • Ability to provide individual and couples therapy with a focus on cultivating therapeutic relationships.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 101,000 per year, along with exciting bonuses based on productivity.
