Description for External Candidates
Lead Cardiovascular Technologist at Client's Hospital at Eureka, CA. This position is full timeand will work 10-hour, Day shifts. St. Joseph Hospital Eureka is offering a $15K extended bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
Under the direction of the Department Manager/Director, the Lead Tech assumes responsibility for limited supervisory activities in the department.The Lead Tech is technically and/or clinically competent, demonstrates and adheres to department standards, and serves as an administrative, clinical and/or technical resource to department staff.
Required Qualifications:
  • Coursework/Training and Graduate of a program in Radiology Imaging Technologist approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American MedicalAssociation.
  • Upon hire: California Diagnostic Radiologic Technology Certification
  • Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 2 years of experience as a hospital-based Cardiovascular and/or Interventional Imaging Technologist.
  • 2 years of Cath Lab experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Upon hire: Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
  • Supervisory experience.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary - USD $111,904 to $143,312
