We are looking to hire a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our Fostoria Ohio office, with the flexibility to support other locations as needed. You would be working alongside a dynamic team of healthcare professionals allowing you to utilize your skills and grow in your profession. Under the direction of our Nursing Supervisor, you would be responsible for the assessment of patients, point of care testing, lab and diagnostic follow-up, and other nursing functions to support quality patient care.

What You’ll Do:
Work directly with patients -No Weekends
Perform Adult and Pediatric Nursing Assessments
Communicate clearly with Providers, Patients, and CHS Staff
Follow-up on Lab and Diagnostic testing
Administer injections as needed
Follow all safety, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines


What We’re Looking For:
Graduate of a current accredited Nursing Program
Current License to practice in the State of Ohio as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Current Basic Life Support Certification
Minimum of one year as an LPN preferred
Knowledge of documenting with EHR
Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task
Ability to critically think and problem solve
Reliable, professional, and compassionate
