Job description


Job Purpose or Objective(s): Coordinate work assignments and oversee maintenance workers in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds. You will report to the Facilities Maintenance Manager.
Regular/Full Time
Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
100% onsite
Primary Tasks:
1. You will plan work orders to maintenance workers.
2. Oversee the activities of maintenance workers, ensuring safety procedures are followed.
3. Verify that repairs are completed safely, correctly, following approved methods, and completed promptly. Complete open and outstanding work orders through CMMS.
4. Procure tools, equipment and supplies, based on project needs.
5. You will interpret and communicate company policy to employees, enforcing company policy and practices.
6. Provide support to Facilities Management Team to resolve work problems.
7. Provide training and resources to team members to improve skillsets.
8. Create budget for each project and report expenditures, material lists, and inventory counts before and after completion.
9. Perform all oversight of Kronos for direct reports. Conduct all personnel quarterly reviews.
10. Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• A combination of over two years of directly related training and/or experience required
• Will move office furniture, kitchen equipment, and lift Sakrete mix into the work area.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
• Must have a valid Oklahoma driver's license
• Have basic computer skills i.e.: word, excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), PowerPoint
• Strict adherence to job site Safety Programs and ongoing Safety Training.
• Prior management experience preferred
Responsibilities
• Prior Industrial or Commercial Maintenance and management experience.• Understand government public health and, or safety regulations.• May need technical backgrounds or licensing in one or more areas such as Electrical/Plumbing/HVAC.• One (1) year prior maintenance experience.
