Nazareth Academy is seeking a full-time Art teacher to fill a maternity leave position at the start of the 2025-2026 school year. This position includes teaching five classes and supervising a study hall. The hours are Monday through Friday from 7:45 to 3:30 pm.
The position consists of the following responsibilities: lesson planning, teaching, and grading classwork generated in five Art classes. The ability to plan and implement high-quality, engaging, and rigorous learning experiences in a block schedule is a priority, as is collaborating with other teachers within the department and adhering to all department policies. Nazareth is committed to educating the whole student; therefore, cultivating positive relationships with students and a safe and encouraging learning environment is essential.

End Date: October 2, 2026
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts degree (Master's preferred)
  • Valid Professional Educator License
  • Art endorsement or its equivalent
