Due to growth, we are seeking a Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing our Fiber Splicing technicians in the Charlotte, NC market.
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000/yr (based on experience)

What you'll do
  • Assist with the development and execution of projects and plans supporting the organization.
  • Supervise day to day activities/project teams and project progress.
  • Establish administrative guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reports.
  • Identify and course correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve
  • Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.
  • Supervise staff to ensure the organization's activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
  • Perform mandatory job site inspections to ensure employee compliance.

What you'll need
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Able to legally work in the United States for this company.
  • Fiber Splicing/Telecom experience.
  • Supervisory experience (preferred).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must live within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC.
  • Capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.

Routinely: occasional entry into attics and crawl spaces, work at heights and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
