Cashier / Sales Floor Associate (Full-Time)

What You'll Do
  • Deliver exceptional customer and donor service at every interaction
  • Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash records
  • Support programs such as Round Up and Good Points
  • Stock, rotate, and merchandise sales floor inventory
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
  • Assist with training new team members
  • Follow all agency policies, safety, and security procedures
  • End every transaction with a positive message: "You changed a life today-thank you!"

What We're Looking For
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic math skills and comfort handling cash
  • Prior retail experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to identify quality, color tones, and merchandise categories
  • Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills a plus
