Job description

Premier Golf is a golf travel company located in downtown Alpharetta, Georgia offering golf vacations & packages to a multitude of destinations both domestically and internationally. Since our inception in 1989 we have sent over 30,000 clients to the Ryder Cup and become a leader in international golf travel. With the recent investment from Your Golf Travel, a UK based company, we are looking to expand our products and events and most importantly our team.
The Guest Services & Sales Support position is key in supporting the Senior Management and Sales operation with all sales-related coordination, documentation, and communication to ensure the seamless execution of world-class group travel experiences.
Executive Partnership
  • Work directly with the Travel Specialist to support all phases of the sales process, from initial proposal creation to post-travel follow-up.

Precision Documentation
  • Prepare detailed client proposals, itineraries, and manifests. You will ensure 100% accuracy across accommodations, tee times, transfers, and complex international flight logistics.

Vendor & Client Liaison
  • Communicate professionally with high-level clients, global suppliers, luxury hotels, and premier golf courses to confirm details and resolve logistical hurdles.

Financial & Administrative Processing/Timeline Tracking
  • Maintain organized records of booking progress, deposits, payments, and critical deadlines across multiple client files.
  • Create client travel insurance quotes

Operational Support & Logistical Coordination
  • Manage group logistics including arrivals, departures, and bespoke special requests, ensuring manifests align with both client expectations and vendor requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with operations and accounting teams to ensure a smooth handover of confirmed programs.

Sales Enablement
  • Support marketing efforts by preparing high-end sales decks and proposals using internal templates and CRM systems.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 3-5 years in travel, golf, or hospitality sales support (Luxury or Group Travel experience is highly preferred).
  • Logistical Expertise: Strong knowledge of international travel logistics, including airport codes, routing, and documentation.
  • Industry Knowledge: A background in golf travel,including familiarity with major destinations, world-class courses, and tournaments, is a significant advantage.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Suite, CRM systems (Zoho), and travel management platforms (VueTrip, Travefy).

Behavioral & Soft Skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, comfortable liaising with discerning clients and international partners.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative spirit, professional demeanour, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
