Job Requirements

Starting Pay Rate: $18.00 hourly

Day Shift available    

We're in search of Full-Time Hybrid Greenskeepers or Seasonal to join us outdoors for the 2026 season of fun as Greenskeepers. If you've got a passion for golf, enjoy working in the open air, and are seeking full-time seasonal opportunities- apply today and let the good times roll! As a Greenskeeper, you'll play a pivotal role in our dedicated golf team, ensuring our guests enjoy an unforgettable experience that keeps them coming back for more! Utilizing a range of mowers, hand-powered tools, and large equipment, Greenskeepers will perform essential maintenance tasks across Turning Stone Resort's renowned golf courses.

Please note: The seasonal role is April 1st through October. There will be an opportunity at the end of the season to transition to an inside position at the resort for the winter months, from November 1 to March 31.

What does a Greenskeeper do?

  • Operate mowers and string trimmers in maintaining greens, tees, bunkers, and fairways on TSRC golf courses.
  • Assist with seeding tees, greens, and fairways; edges, rakes, and maintains sand bunkers; sets tee markers and cups on greens daily; maintains ball washers; repairs, sands, and seeds divots; removes debris and cleans flower beds.

Work Experience

To be successful as a Greenskeeper, you'll need:

  • A valid Driver's license is required.
  • No experience required-just ambition. We'll teach you the rest.
  • Ability to operate hand power tools and light motorized equipment 
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 10-50 pounds.
