We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily customer service and administrative operations within a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and experience supporting customers, internal teams, and order coordination processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Process customer orders, updates, and order changes accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Track orders and provide customers with shipment updates and status information
  • Maintain accurate customer records, purchase orders, and documentation
