Our client is seeking a PMO professional to help strengthen how it plans, governs, and delivers transformation across its global portfolio. This role partners with IPMO and client leadership to improve governance practices, enhance planning consistency, and drive continuous improvement.
In this role, you will:
  • Support the GBS Integrated PMO governance model and decision-making processes
  • Contribute to standardized planning and estimation approaches
  • Build and maintain templates and guidance for program teams
  • Capture and translate lessons learned into actionable improvements
  • Analyze program inputs to identify risks, dependencies, and themes
  • Provide clear insights and reporting to leadership

Who You Are:
  • 5-8 years of PMO, program governance, or transformation experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and operate in global, matrixed environments
