  • Final schedule determined during hiring process

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options
  • Paid training
  • Growth opportunities inside a nationally recognized organization

What You’ll Do

  • Follow up with leads and prospective families
  • Meet and exceed monthly enrollment goals

  • Process billing and administrative tasks
  • Open and close the facility
  • Maintain high professional standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales-driven mindset — comfortable with goals and performance metrics
  • Customer service excellence — professional, warm, and solution-oriented
  • Leadership experience — supervising teams or managing front desk operations
  • High adaptability — thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Tech comfortable — Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, Canva a plus
  • Background preferred: front desk, hospitality, retail sales, admin, or customer success
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business or Hospitality a plus)
  • Reliable transportation + weekend availability required

No music background required.

Ideal Candidate Traits
