Position: Full-Time

Occupational Therapist (OT) Qualifications
  • Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Colorado or eligibility for Colorado licensure
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills
  • Passion for delivering compassionate, resident-centered care
Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities
  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
  • Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve the best resident outcomes
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and adaptive techniques
  • Promote resident independence, safety, and quality of life through evidence-based therapy
  • Follow all state and federal regulations
  • Adhere to facility policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
