In this critical role, you will ensure that our high-reliability electronic assemblies, cables, cabinets, and LRUs meet the strictest quality standards and customer specifications. As the gatekeeper to production excellence, you will directly impact product reliability and safety for mission-critical applications. [Responsibilities] - Execute comprehensive first-article inspections (FAI) in alignment with AS9102 and industry standards. - Perform rigorous inspections on Circuit Card Assemblies, Cables, Electronic Assemblies, Cabinets, and Line Replaceable Units. - Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and schematics to validate compliance. - Utilize precision measurement tools and electrical test equipment to verify product quality. - Identify, document, and report non-conformances; support corrective action and root cause analysis. - Participate in process audits and review documentation to ensure total quality compliance.
