 Chesapeake Fire Systems, LLC., an award-winning company recognized as a National Top Workplace recipient, and an Inc. 5000 company as one of the fastest growing companies since 2015 has an immediate opening for a Commercial Fire Suppression Installer/Technician Job Overview: The Commercial Fire Suppression Installer/Technician will be responsible for installing and servicing fire suppression systems in new commercial structures.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Install & service commercial fire suppression systems
Adhere to company safety policy and procedure.
Communicate with team effectively about needs and progress.
Ensure positive customer experience.
Must have strong work ethic.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
 

2+ years Fire Suppression installation & service experience (required)
Knowledge of NFPA Code & Regulation (required)
 NICET Certification (preferred)
Must have own hand tools
Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Direct sprinkler experience preferred
Ability to work independently, proactively and in a team environment
Ability to carry out tasks in an efficient manner with minimal direction
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
 The right individual will be an experienced Commercial Fire Suppression Installer with the ability to exercise exceptional judgement and candor in all situations. They will be able to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities, with a proven ability to work independently. They excel and love to work in a very fast-paced environment, can thrive under pressure, and demonstrate the highest level of professionalism. The Fire Suppression Installer must deliver with a “No Excuses, Make It Happen” attitude.
