In this role, you will work onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, providing exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, or various health conditions. You will be a key player in improving patients' quality of life and mobility through tailored treatment plans and hands-on therapy.

  • Utilize various therapeutic methods, including hands-on techniques, exercise regimens, and modalities, to aid in pain reduction and enhance functional mobility.
  • Track patient progress meticulously through documentation of treatments, outcomes, and patient responses, providing regular summaries for review.
  • Regularly reevaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans to ensure that all therapeutic goals are met, adapting strategies as necessary.
  • Equip and assess patients for assistive devices to facilitate self-care and ambulation if necessary, ensuring comprehensive training for patients and their families.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements and methodologies in physical therapy by actively participating in educational workshops and professional development opportunities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on adults and children recovering from a diverse array of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. Your holistic approach will ensure that each treatment plan is customized to meet the unique needs of every patient.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
  • Possession of a valid state license in Physical Therapy is a must.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective patient interactions and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different treatment environments and patient needs is highly valued.
Preferred Experience
