Job description

As part of our Workplace Solutions Team, you'll be responsible for developing new business, growing national accounts, and helping customers solve for B2B Final Mile logistics challenges and offering warehouse solutions. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver practical solutions and support business growth. Ideal candidates would be based out of MA, CT, NJ or Philly but we encourage anyone to apply!

What You'll Do

  • Develop and close new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with enterprise and multi-location customers
  • Manage a pipeline of prospective and active accounts
  • Sell warehousing, fulfillment, final mile delivery, installation, and reverse logistics services
  • Identify opportunities to expand business within Meyer’s service area and partner network
  • Leverage Meyer’s OMA partnership to support national account growth
  • Learn customer operations and recommend solutions that meet their needs
  • Grow business within healthcare, retail, office furniture, fitness equipment, and specialty product markets
  • Work with operations, warehouse teams, and leadership to support successful project execution
  • Maintain CRM activity, opportunity updates, and sales forecasts

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, final mile delivery, or supply chain services
  • Proven ability to develop and close new business
  • Experience selling services or consultative solutions
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Understanding of warehousing, distribution, final mile delivery, or installation services
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Experience in final mile logistics, white-glove delivery, warehousing, or installation services preferred
  • Experience selling into healthcare, retail, office furniture, fitness equipment, or specialty product industries preferred
  • Familiarity with asset-based logistics networks and regional distribution strategies preferred
