Final Mile Dispatcher & Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Doral, FL
Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

We're seeking a dependable and customer-focused professional with experience in dispatching, final-mile delivery operations, customer service, and front-desk support.

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch and coordinate final-mile deliveries
  • Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams
  • Monitor deliveries and resolve scheduling issues
  • Provide customer service by phone, email, and in person
  • Assist visitors and support front-desk operations
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems
  • Support daily logistics and administrative activities

Qualifications

  • Previous dispatching and/or transportation logistics experience required
  • Final-mile delivery experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and front-desk experience
  • Proficient with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
  • English required; Spanish preferred
