What is a contractual final mile delivery?

A Contractual Final Mile Delivery job involves transporting packages or goods from a transportation hub to the final destination, typically the customer's home or business, under a contract agreement. These roles are crucial in the supply chain, ensuring that online orders and shipments reach customers efficiently and on time. Workers in this position may use their own vehicles or those provided by the company and are often responsible for timely deliveries, providing excellent customer service, and sometimes handling returns.
