Location -Orlando, FL. Hybrid (A combination of 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work.)

The Kind of Work You'll be Doing:

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of projects from initiation through closeout, tracking milestones, deliverables, and overall progress.
  • Serve as a consultant to leadership on project feasibility and manage the project intake system to ensure proper resource allocation.
  • Manage and maintain the project intake system to ensure accurate prioritization and alignment of departmental resources.
  • Oversee the daily support and operations of Asana and other database applications.
  • Create, maintain, and improve process documentation, including RACI frameworks, to support clarity and accountability across workflows.
  • Coordinate the creation, routing, and tracking of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and contracts, serving as the primary liaison with the General Counsel's Office to ensure legal compliance and timely processing.
  • Facilitate international wire transfers, payments, and Strategic Partnership Queries (SPQs) in partnership with the Financial Manager to support global production partners and regional producers.
  • Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder collaboration to integrate processes and improve departmental efficiency.
  • Direct the ingestion of recorded assets and metadata into the JFP database to ensure accuracy, completeness, and asset integrity.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven workflow improvements to increase operational efficiency and scale production capacity.
  • Support the onboarding and logistical training of new producers and regional partners, equipping them with the systems and tools needed for success.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative leadership roles supporting cross-functional or global teams preferred
