*Must be located in the Fremont, CA area*

As a Construction Manager, you'll be at the heart of our projects, planning, organizing, directing, and controlling construction and inspection tasks. Your goal will be to ensure everything meets our client's standards for cost, quality, material usage, and safety. You'll also be the key link between the client, field personnel, and contractors.

What You'll Do:

You'll oversee contractor crews on-site, making sure they follow all project standards. You'll join project calls, keep detailed reports, and meet with clients for status updates. Daily communication with vendors and maintaining relationships with utility companies will be part of your routine. You'll also manage relationships with engineers and staff who design and sketch equipment installations, and you'll handle material orders for planned construction. Keeping the Project Manager or supervisor updated on construction progress will be crucial.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field OR 4+ years of equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 5+ years of Telecommunications or Fiber-Optic technical construction experience.
  • Ability to manage and conduct project status / planning meetings

  • [This position pays between $80,000 and $97,000 annually and is an exempt position. Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
