  • Location: 744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301
  • FTE Status: Full-Time
  • Work Schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday. Start times will range from 5am-12pm. No weekends or holidays.

Job Description:
The Cardiac Short Stay Unit is a pre and post procedural department working with cardiac and radiology procedures. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for prepping and taking care of patients before and after a procedure. This included administering conscious sedation as needed, transferring patients to and from the procedures, providing education/instructions to patients, and discharging patients. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient. Community involvement and collaboration is encouraged.
Qualifications:
  • WI RN license required
  • Previous RN experience preferred
