YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You support Fleet Strategy by delivering financial analysis that drives vehicle acquisition decisions, lifecycle profitability, and long-term fleet investment strategies
  • You manage short, medium, and long-term fleet plans, evaluate OEM purchase opportunities, and develop financial forecasts that maximize fleet value across North America
  • You liaise with Fleet Development, Revenue Management, Technology, Regional Fleet Strategists, and senior leadership to align financial strategy with operational and commercial objectives
  • You maintain fleet planning models, lifecycle profitability analyses, investment scenarios, financial forecasts, KPI reporting, and planning assumptions that support strategic decision-making
  • You receive and analyze vehicle demand forecasts, OEM proposals, market trends, residual values, holding costs, and remarketing performance to identify opportunities that improve profitability and operational efficiency

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Education & Experience You have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Operations, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred along with 4+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Analytics, or another highly quantitative environment
