  • Monday – Thursday

  • Tuesday – Friday

    Responsibilities
  • Travel to customer homes, businesses, and fleet locations to perform scheduled maintenance and light repair services
  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, recalls, software updates, and other approved mobile services
  • Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings
  • Diagnose routine vehicle concerns and determine when repairs require dealership service
  • Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional communication and service
  • Maintain inventory, tools, equipment, and cleanliness of the mobile service vehicle
  • Follow all manufacturer repair procedures and dealership safety standards
  • Work independently while staying connected with the dealership service team
    Qualifications
  • Previous automotive technician experience required
  • ASE certifications, GM certifications, or OEM training are a plus
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical abilities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a daily route
  • Comfortable using tablets, repair software, and digital inspection tools
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical automotive repair duties
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
