You will receive direction from leadership regarding the vision and goals for each event, then take ownership of making that vision a reality through planning, logistics, communication, coordination, and execution.

Responsibilities

Anticipate problems before they happen and respond quickly when they do.

Ensure events run smoothly, professionally, and at a high standard.

Work directly with leadership to execute event vision and priorities.

Handle multiple projects and changing priorities simultaneously.

Support onsite event operations and attendee experience.

Maintain organization across budgets, deliverables, timelines, and event details.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and act quickly under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • A proactive, ownership-minded mentality.
  • Someone who can operate independently and figure things out.
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, high-expectations environment.
  • Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends when events require it.
  • Experience in corporate events, hospitality, operations, project management, or event coordination preferred.

If you are energized by execution, thrive on creating exceptional experiences, and want to help support a mission-driven company making an impact across the nation, we want to hear from you.
