This role focuses on delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, and related conditions. The BCBA Therapist will design and oversee individualized treatment programs while working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to support patient progress and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans, and intervention strategies
Develop and modify programs based on ongoing patient progress and clinical assessment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including leadership, caregivers, and support networks
Provide supervision, training, and guidance to therapists and clinical staff
Communicate with funding sources regarding authorizations, reporting, and progress updates
Maintain caseload of billable hours alongside supervisory responsibilities

Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Master’s degree and completion of ABA coursework
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) required
