\n International long\-only fund seeks Global Equity Research Analyst (Associate level) to cover general sectors.  <\/span>The asset manager focuses on high quality growth stocks in long\-term, fundamental value\- oriented investment.  <\/span>The position is located in New York City and a part of the global team located in different time zones.<\/span>
\n <\/div>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

Conduct bottom\-up research of equities on assigned industries<\/span>
<\/p>

Develop and present new investment ideas<\/span>
<\/p>

Monitor current investments to enhance risk adjusted returns for the portfolio.<\/span>
<\/p>

Monitor the latest news on the underlining stocks in the portfolio and evaluate the impacts on the stocks.<\/span>
<\/p>

Build and maintain complete company models, create income statement, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts and perform valuation analysis.<\/span>
<\/p>

Conduct on\-site company visits and conference calls and meet the company managements frequently.<\/span>
<\/p>

Maintain good and frequent communication with the portfolio managers on industries and stocks in their portfolio.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record, MBA, CFA a Plus.<\/span>
<\/p>

Excellent analytical skills<\/span>
<\/p>

Strong work ethics<\/span>
<\/p>

Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/span>
<\/p>

Proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg<\/span>
<\/p>

Strong team orientation<\/span>
<\/p>

3\-10 Years of experience in Equity investment research, financial modeling and analysis<\/span>
<\/p>

(Med\-tech \/Industrial sector<\/span><\/span><\/span> sector analyst experience is preferable, but not must)<\/span>
<\/p>

Working knowledge of accounting, finance, and valuation<\/span>
<\/p>

Ability to multi\-task and work with numerous teams<\/span>
