Locum Senior Pharmacist – Portland, OR

08/03/2026 – 09/27/2026 | Up to $100/hour | Full-Time

Adventist Health Portland is seeking a Locum Senior Pharmacist for a full-time inpatient assignment. This is an auto-offer opportunity for qualified candidates.

Position Details:

  • Location: Portland, OR

  • Assignment: 08/03/2026 – 09/27/2026

  • Schedule: Day Shift, 40 hours/week (4x10s)

  • Compensation: Up to $100/hour

  • Setting: 302-bed acute care hospital

  • EMR: Current Epic experience required

Requirements:

  • Active Oregon Pharmacist license

  • Current Epic experience required

  • Hospital/inpatient pharmacy experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Clinical pharmacy experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Verify and process medication orders

  • Monitor medication therapies for safety, efficacy, and cost-effectiveness

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services and drug information

  • Participate in clinical rounds and medication management activities

  • Supervise and support pharmacy technicians

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards

  • Assist with quality improvement and pharmacy operations
