Trilogy Federal is looking for a motivated and independent Momentum Financials Interface Analyst with knowledge and experience in federal financial management using Momentum Financials to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) of the Department of Veterans Affairs. This role comes with a focus on supporting external customers with analyzing current business processes, developing functional requirements, implementing and testing solutions, and supporting end users with system functionality and processes. We are seeking candidates for a full-time remote position, with potential opportunities for onsite work in the future.  
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide Federal Financials subject matter expertise using Momentum Financials.  
  • Serve as Product Owner/Backups as needed for the Interfaces workstream and others as needed. 
  • Track requirements from the FMBT PMO/SI team and ensure all items for the 23 interfaces are fully documented, categorized, and driven to completion 
  • Monitor and attend concurrent meetings with key partners (BTSSS, CARMA, etc.) and begin representing the VHA PO in requirements sessions, providing timely back‑briefs 
  • Maintain the master matrix of analysts, PMs, VHA SMEs, and partner SMEs 
  • Support creation of a centralized database/SharePoint site housing all interface documentation, including process flows, requirements, and crosswalks to agility story numbers 
  • Assist in producing the weekly executive status brief by maintaining real‑time awareness of each interface and its requirements, ensuring leadership always has an accurate, up‑to‑date picture of progress and risks 
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • 8+ years of overall related experience  
  • 5+ hands-on experience with Financial ERP systems, specifically with CGI’s Federal Financial System (FFS) and Momentum strongly desired, as well as VISTA and IFCAP 
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior level management and clients 
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to application of formulas, macros, filtering, pivot tables, graphs and charts 
  • Strong understanding of federal financial reporting and accounting processes and expertise in managing or working with outstanding obligations, unliquidated obligations, and open financial system transactions 
  • Strong analytical stills 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • An outstanding ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines 
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
