• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Design and implement personalized therapy programs tailored to each client’s unique challenges and objectives.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide holistic care and ensure continuity in treatment.
• Provide education and resources to clients' families, enhancing their understanding of the therapeutic process and promoting family involvement in recovery.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with all state regulations and ethical standards, utilizing digital record-keeping systems for efficient tracking.

As an LMFT at Mind Clarity P.C., you will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Our clients often face challenges related to communication, relationship dynamics, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Your role will be vital in guiding them through these complexities, providing tools and support that promote healing, understanding, and personal growth.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.
• A strong sense of empathy and a nonjudgmental approach to client experiences.
• Effective organizational skills and time-management abilities to balance client caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience in providing therapy in a community health setting or comparable environment.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, particularly those applicable to marriage and family therapy.
• Knowledge of addiction therapy approaches and strategies to support clients in recovery.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, reflecting individual experience and qualifications.
