Position Overview

GTL Management is currently hiring a full-time Retail Account Representative to join our growing team near Elk Grove Village, IL. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and building professional skills in a fast-paced retail environment.


As a Retail Account Representative, you'll interact directly with customers, answer questions about products and services, assist with account enrollments and order processing, and deliver a positive customer experience.
