Nexeo Staffing has partnered with a growing company in Smithfield, Utah seeking an Entry-Level Project Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to build experience in project coordination, customer service, administrative support, and office operations. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to grow into a long-term career within a fast-paced, team-oriented business environment. The Entry-Level Project Coordinator will support customer interactions, scheduling, project coordination, and administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in client services, job coordination, and operational support. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with customers, managing appointments, assisting with bids and quotes, and contributing to overall business operations and customer experience.


Responsibilities

•Greet customers with a friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude

•Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service and communication

•Schedule appointments and manage calendars for customers and project timelines

•Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally while providing support and information

•Process and record customer payments accurately and maintain proper documentation

•Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and a positive customer-facing environment

•Assist project managers with administrative tasks and project coordination support

•Help create bids, quotes, and enter job file information into systems

•Educate customers on products, services, and project processes

•Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience, workflow efficiency, and daily operations
