Allied Plastics is opening doors for entry-level Production roles starting April 2026, and we’re looking for motivated individuals ready to build a long-term future with a family-owned, innovative company.

These roles are perfect for anyone who wants to learn hands-on skills, work with real machinery, and grow into higher-level positions in CNC, Robotics, Thermoforming, or leadership. No experience? No problem. We’ll train you side-by-side with experienced operators who will show you exactly how to succeed.

This is not just a job. This is the first step of a career.

  • Loading and unloading CNC, robot, and forming machines during production
  • Learning to operate basic hand tools and a band saw
  • Following work instructions and understanding safety procedures
  • Keeping your work area clean, organized, and efficient
  • Supporting secondary operations and assisting experienced operators
  • Performing additional tasks that help production run smoothly

This role gives you exposure to the full production floor—perfect for someone who wants to discover what they’re good at and where they want to grow.

What We’re Looking For

  • A high school diploma, HSED, GED, or at least six months of manufacturing experience
  • Ability to read, write, and follow basic instructions in English
  • Willingness to learn, work hard, and ask questions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
  • A positive attitude and team mindset
  • No specialized experience required. Just show up ready to learn.

Why Start Your Career Here?
Allied Plastics is a family-owned company known for innovation, teamwork, and promoting from within. Many of our experienced operators, leads, and supervisors started right where you will—on the production floor learning the basics. If you want real upward mobility, you’ll find it here.

You’ll also enjoy:

  • A supportive, hands-on training environment
  • Opportunities to advance into CNC, robotics, and thermoforming
  • Exposure to every part of the production process
  • A team that values creativity, hard work, and growth
