 The Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at BeloForm Craft in  Columbus, OH, will be responsible for providing support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service and looking to start their career in a dynamic environment.
Location:  Columbus, OH
Job: Full time - On site
Pay Range: $18.50 - $27.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about the company’s products and services
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
  • Maintain and update customer records in the company database
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
