Sports & Entertainment Coordinator
In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL
Travel Requirements: This position requires up to 25% of domestic travel.

Position Overview
We are looking for a marketing coordinator to join our Sports & Entertainment team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. The Sports & Entertainment Coordinator will support the team by managing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and additional S&E responsibilities (product placements, agency communications, calendar/team updates, ticketing/hospitality, etc.). This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with finance, vendors, and partnership teams.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in operations, hospitality, finance, or administration.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field required. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Critical technical or professional skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and follow structured processes.
  • A good communicator who can work with vendors, internal teams, and external teams.
  • Proactive and resourceful - able to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operations - S&E agency communications, calendar tracking, KPI tracking across S&E total portfolio
  • Assist with product and cooler orders
  • Assist with staffing and hospitality, including ticketing
  • Assist with overall partnership tasks, including marketing deliverables, internal communications, recaps, etc.
  • Assist with monthly KPI reporting cadences
  • Brainstorm new S&E concepts to set ourselves apart from competitors
  • Finance / Billing
  • Assist with billing operations, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice tracking
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing aligns with budgets and timelines
  • Learn and apply Esker (billing/procurement system) with full training provided

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
