The Director, Entertainment Partnerships will play a key role in shaping and executing innovative, multi-platform brand partnerships across the FOX Entertainment portfolio. This individual will partner closely with Entertainment Partnership Vice Presidents and cross-functional teams to develop strategic, linear and social-first programs that drive revenue and elevate client value.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in the creator economy and social media, with a proven track record developing and executing creator-led campaigns, digital content strategies, and integrated brand partnerships. This person is equal parts strategist, marketer, relationship builder, and is comfortable leading initiatives from concept through execution while identifying new opportunities that keep FOX ahead of an ever-evolving media landscape.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development of strategic, multi-platform entertainment partnerships across linear, streaming, social, digital, experiential, and creator ecosystems.

  • Partner with Entertainment Partnership leadership to develop revenue-generating partnership strategies, custom partnership concepts, and client presentations that unlock new business opportunities and drive advertising revenue.

  • Serve as the team's subject matter expert on creator marketing and social media, identifying emerging platforms, talent, trends, and best practices to inform client solutions.

  • Develop and execute creator- and influencer-led campaigns in partnership with FOX Creator Studios, Marketing, Social, Production, and external creator partners.

  • Build relationships with key social platforms, creator agencies, and strategic partners to unlock innovative opportunities for clients and FOX Entertainment

  • Collaborate with platform partners including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging platforms to develop innovative distribution and amplification strategies.

  • Lead the execution of partnership activations across linear, digital and social, branded content, custom creative, sponsored content, billboards, and digital extensions.

  • Oversee the development of post-sale materials including case studies, sizzle reels, and performance recaps that demonstrate measurable campaign success and support future sales efforts.

  • Partner with FOX Experiences & Events to develop experiential programs, client hospitality opportunities, premium initiatives, and custom events.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across Sales, Marketing, Creative, Production, Legal, Research, Social, and Digital teams to successfully execute partnerships.

  • Mentor junior team members and interns, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and operational excellence across the team.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience in media, entertainment, advertising, digital marketing, social media, creator marketing, or integrated brand partnerships.

  • Proven experience developing and executing multi-platform advertising and entertainment partnerships.

  • Strong understanding of the creator economy, influencer marketing, social media platforms, branded content, and emerging digital trends.

  • Experience working directly with creators, social platforms, and agencies to develop integrated marketing programs.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic client presentations, pitch custom concepts, and translate business objectives into compelling partnership solutions.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple high-profile initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across internal and external teams.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Creative thinker with strong strategic instincts, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Passion for entertainment, pop culture, digital media, and the evolving creator landscape.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $114,000.00-152,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
