Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive with a proven track record of selling complex, high-value B2B services to join a growing global entertainment marketing agency.

This role focuses on building partnerships between leading brands and premium entertainment content across TV, film, and streaming platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience selling consultative, strategic solutions where success depends on relationship-building, storytelling, and the ability to demonstrate long-term brand value.

This is not a transactional sales role. We are looking for someone who can confidently manage multi-six-figure sales cycles ($200K-$300K+ deals), engage senior marketing executives, develop strategic proposals, negotiate complex partnerships, and close significant revenue opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development
  • Own the complete B2B sales cycle including prospecting, relationship development, pitching, negotiation, and closing

  • Identify and develop opportunities with global brands, marketing teams, and strategic partners

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through:

    • Targeted outreach

    • Cold email campaigns

    • Industry relationships

    • Client referrals

    • Networking opportunities

  • Develop customized pitch decks, proposals, and partnership strategies

  • Lead presentations and meetings with senior-level brand executives and decision-makers

  • Close multi-six-figure partnership agreements ($300K+ deals required)

Consultative Sales & Relationship Management
  • Understand client objectives and position entertainment partnerships as strategic marketing solutions

  • Build trust with senior stakeholders by communicating the value of:

  • Manage complex negotiations while maintaining strong client relationships

  • 4-8+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships

  • Proven success personally sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing large-scale deals ($300K+ required)

  • Experience selling complex, consultative services rather than transactional products
