Role: Gen AI Assessment Specialist

Location: Irving, TX / Jacksonville, FL (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Visa Type: All Valid USA Visas (Including OPT)

Interview Mode: In-person (Final Round)

✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

✔ 6–10 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, AI Security, or Enterprise Security Assessment

✔ Strong experience in Generative AI (GenAI) security assessments, threat modeling, and AI risk analysis

✔ Expertise in designing, implementing, and validating security guardrails for GenAI platforms and AI use cases

✔ Experience assessing Identity & Access Management (IAM), authentication, authorization, and access control implementations

✔ Strong knowledge of enterprise security frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, and cybersecurity best practices

✔ Experience supporting compliance, governance, audit readiness, and security assurance initiatives

✔ Ability to identify GenAI security risks and provide actionable mitigation recommendations

✔ Experience evaluating AI data protection, privacy controls, and secure AI deployment practices

✔ Experience aligning GenAI solutions with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory compliance requirements

✔ Ability to develop GenAI security assessment reports, threat models, compliance documentation, and assurance artifacts

✔ Strong understanding of AI security risks including prompt injection, data leakage, model misuse, and adversarial threats

✔ Experience collaborating with Security, AI Engineering, Infrastructure, Risk, Compliance, and Enterprise Architecture teams

✔ Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and problem-solving skills

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
