Job description

This is a local, full-time, in-office role for a Project Architect at the client in a dynamic office in Poughkeepsie, NY. The Project Architect will be a team leader responsible for day-to-day project management, including overseeing architecture design, project and client management and municipal entitlements. Additionally, the Project Architect will utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) software for design and consultant coordination purposes.
Qualifications
Experience in project management and architecture
Proficiency in using Revit, Enscape, Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
Minimum 12-15 years professional experience.
Registered Architect preferred.
