Performs procedures to ensure surroundings conducive to patient well-being, to maintain continuous service of environmental control equipment, facilities, systems/equipment and utilities and to ensure safe and economical operation. Ensures compliance with applicable policies/procedures, standards and regulations. Coordinates construction, renovation and installation activities.
Position Requirements:
Education: Undergraduate degree in engineering or equivalent experience in skilled trades is preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a hospital environment. 3-5 years experience in Engineering or related field preferred. Must have experience in construction, renovation, and installation coordination.
