About the Role:

Are you the kind of person who lives to fix, fine-tune, and figure things out? Do you take pride in solving problems before anyone even notices them?

We're looking for an Engineer I-a hands-on, detail-loving problem solver who keeps our property in tip-top shape. From lighting and plumbing to HVAC and everything in between, you'll be the go-to person who ensures everything is running like clockwork.

What You'll Do:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues

  • Monitor and operate building systems (HVAC, lighting, elevators, etc.)

  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled

  • Respond quickly and efficiently to service requests

  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in work areas

  • Assist in emergency situations (power outages, water leaks, etc.)

  • Support special projects or renovations as directed by management

What You Bring:
  • Previous experience in hotel or facility maintenance preferred

  • Strong knowledge of general building systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC)

  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals, safety instructions, and equipment guides

  • Great communication and teamwork skills

  • A strong attention to detail and a "get it done" attitude

  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and on-call hours

  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing ladders, etc.)

Perks of the Job:
  • Join a supportive, friendly team that values your skills

  • Opportunities for training and career growth

  • Competitive hourly wage + benefits

  • Discounted stays at our hotel and partner properties

  • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

Be the Person Who Makes It All Work!

If you love fixing things, helping people, and keeping the wheels turning, we want YOU on our team. Apply today and become the behind-the-scenes hero of our hotel!
