• Hours - Monday-Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm); voluntary OT is sometimes available
Duties & Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle Specialized Materials: Work with a variety of chemical coatings, adhesives, sealants, and encapsulation compounds used in the production of electronic components.
  • Microscope-Based Assembly & Cleaning: Utilize a microscope to perform precision tasks, including the installation of electronic components into protective housings and the meticulous cleaning of delicate components to remove specific chemical residues.
  • Precision Manual Work: Execute repetitive, detail-oriented tasks requiring high levels of manual dexterity. Use small hand tools such as tweezers, micro-screwdrivers, and syringes to manipulate miniature components.
  • Follow Technical Procedures: Carry out complex technical operations in strict accordance with detailed work instructions and process documentation.
  • Adhere to Safety Standards: Maintain compliance with all Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protocols and workplace safety regulations.
  • Utilize Digital Tools: Use a computer to complete the required training modules and access work-related documentation and systems.
