Required Skills & Experience
ยท 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering
ยท 5+ years of technical leadership or engineering management experience
ยท Experience developing electrical systems for robotics, automation, or embedded hardware products
ยท Strong knowledge of PCB design, power systems, signal integrity, and hardware interfaces
ยท Experience with embedded systems and communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN
ยท Experience supporting firmware development and hardware diagnostics
ยท Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools such as Altium or KiCad
ยท Experience with electrical system validation, testing, and troubleshooting
ยท Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across software, mechanical, and product teams
ยท Experience managing engineering roadmaps, technical priorities, and project execution
