Job description

We are seeking motivated 1099 Independent Contractors to join our team burying fiber service lines from the terminal to residential homes.
Job Description
You will be responsible for completing fiber drop installations from start to finish, ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to required depth specifications. Work includes hand trenching, light boring, and proper restoration of customer property.
Location: Las Cruces, NM & surrounding areas
Requirements
  • Reliable truck or work vehicle
  • Tools and equipment needed to complete drop bury work (6–8" depth) preferred; tools can be provided for qualified contractors if needed
  • Basic tools include shovels, rakes, drills, flex bits, and boring tools
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-focused
  • Ability to work independently while meeting quality standards
  • Training provided for qualified applicants
Compensation
  • Pay: Per completed drop
  • Average Earnings: $1,200–$1,600+ per week
  • Paid Weekly (1099 Independent Contractor)
