BMG Bakery is now hiring Delivery Drivers!
The Delivery Driver is responsible for efficiently delivering orders to Dunkin' restaurant locations. The main delivery area is within the Nashville TN, Knoxville TN, Birmingham AL, and Atlanta GA region. Drivers are expected to deliver on time and without incidents.
All driver positions are 3rd shift with hours typically from 9:30PM to 7:30AM. All drivers are expected to have availability throughout the week as we are a 7 days operation.

Job Description:
  • Driving delivery trucks safely and efficiently
  • Loading and Unloading racks of donuts with a lift gate (around 50 LBS)
  • Conducting pre-trip inspections
  • Reporting issues (Late ETA, dropped baskets, weather conditions, road conditions, ect)

The work conditions:
  • Possible exposure to nut, dairy or other food allergens
  • Communicate regularly with leadership
  • Use of hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl and climb ladders to various heights
  • Frequent lifting and or moving items up to 50 pounds
  • Position requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
  • Exposure to cold and wet atmosphere
  • Possibility of exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibrations

Requirements
  • Ability to operate a 26 - foot box truck
  • Ability to read, speak and write English to assimilate, retain and apply training and knowledge of job functions and recognize and communication problems and recommended solutions
  • Ability to read and interpret document such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to lift ten (10) to fifty (50) pounds High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
