Pinkbox Doughnuts isn't your old-school bakery - we're the bold, colorful, made-from-scratch doughnut headquarters serving up 70+ Insta-worthy flavors daily, including icons like Pinky & Pooh. Our signature coffee menu is always rotating too, because we like to keep things fresh, fun, and never boring.
With 14 locations across Las Vegas & St. George, Utah, plus Salt Lake City it's no surprise we've been voted "Best Doughnuts in Vegas" year after year. Tourists flock, locals stay loyal, and our doughnuts keep going viral for a reason.
About the Role
As a Doughnut Delivery Driver (Doughnut Chauffeur), you'll be based out of our Las Vegas Commissary and responsible for delivering food products to multiple Pinkbox shop locations across the region. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to on-time deliveries while maintaining product quality throughout transit.
You'll represent Pinkbox during every delivery by showing up professional, consistent, and ready to support our teams in the field.
Responsibilities
Daily Delivery Operations
  • Drive company-owned trucks to deliver food products to Pinkbox shops
  • Load and unload products safely and efficiently using proper handling techniques
  • Complete deliveries according to the daily route schedule
  • Maintain accurate logs, delivery documentation, and proof of delivery forms

Product Handling & Food Safety
  • Follow all food safety and temperature control protocols during loading, transport, and unloading
  • Handle products with care to maintain quality and prevent damage or spoilage
  • Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation of delivery vehicles

Vehicle Safety & Maintenance
  • Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues immediately
  • Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and in good working condition
  • Comply with DOT regulations and company safety standards

Customer Service & Communication
  • Provide courteous, professional service to Pinkbox team members during each delivery
  • Represent Pinkbox service standards during every interaction
  • Communicate delays, delivery issues, or route changes to the Fleet & Delivery Operations Manager promptly

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of delivery driving experience preferred (box truck or van)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass the DOT physical
  • Must be able to demonstrate sufficient English Language Proficiency per DOT requirements
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and operate a hand truck or dolly
  • Strong time management skills, reliability, and consistency
  • Basic understanding of DOT and food safety requirements is a plus
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Primarily overnight shifts.
